Celebrate a new month at Philly’s first casino with Father’s Day specials, live music, gaming offers and more

PHILADELPHIA — June 1, 2022 — Mark the start of summer at Rivers Casino Philadelphia in June with Father’s Day dining specials, a chance to win a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and a performance by platinum-recording artist Rodney Carrington. These events and more are available at Philly’s first casino all month long.

Events and Entertainment

The Event Center stage continues to host a diverse performance lineup, including two sold-out shows this month: Jeffrey Osborne on Friday, June 3, and The Stylistics on Friday, June 17. The following upcoming shows are on sale now at RiversCasino.com/Philadelphia.

Rodney Carrington — Saturday, June 25, at 8 p.m.

Rodney Carrington is a multitalented comedian, actor, singer and writer playing sold-out shows around the world as one of the top 10 highest-grossing touring comedians for the past two decades.

A platinum-recording artist, Rodney has recorded eight major record label comedy albums, followed by three albums on his own record label, Laughter’s Good Records. Tickets are on sale now for $39.

Legs N’ Eggs Drag Brunch — Sunday, June 26, at 1 p.m.

From the creators of Aunt Mary Pat, SoulJoel Productions presents Legs N’ Eggs, hosted by Miss Troy. Through the artists’ multiple costume changes, guests will enjoy look-alike performances of Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and more.

The breakfast menu features bottomless mimosas, bloody marys, eggs, sausages, French toast, potatoes, juices, and coffee and tea. Guests will enjoy cabaret-style seating at their own dedicated tables. This recurring event is on the fourth Sunday of every month, and tickets are on sale now for $45.

Jack’s Bar + Grill Live Music

Guests can move and groove to live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays in June from 8 p.m. to midnight. Guests can also enjoy DJ Happy Hour every Monday in June from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Sing Like a Star Live Band Karaoke every Thursday in June from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Road to Winning Sweepstakes — One lucky guest will win a brand-new Jeep Grand Cherokee, just part of the $88,000 in cash and prizes available in this month’s sweepstakes.

All Rush Rewards members can earn sweepstakes entries on slots and tables from 6 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, to 9:45 p.m. on Saturday, June 25. To be eligible for prizes, guests must activate their entries on June 4, June 11, June 18 and June 25. The winner on each of these Saturdays will win $2,500 cash and a spot in the grand finale drawing taking place on Saturday, June 25, at 10 p.m. Additionally, three additional finalists will be randomly selected, for a total of six winners who will have a chance to win the Jeep Grand Cherokee.

June Jackpot Sweepstakes — Every day in June, any Rush Reward member who hits a jackpot valued at $1,200 or higher will earn one entry in the June Jackpot Sweepstakes. On Thursday, June 30, at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., five winners in each drawing will be randomly selected to win $1,000 in cash.

Asian Table Game Hot Seat — On Mondays in June, all Rush Reward card holders who are actively playing at selected Asian Table games, with their Rush Rewards card, will be eligible to be selected as part of our Asian Gaming Hot Seat. From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., one winner, actively gaming, will be randomly selected every 30 minutes to win $500 in cash.

Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Rita’s first casino location is now open at Rivers Casino Philadelphia. During the month of June, guests can buy two quarts of water ice and get one free. Guests can enjoy “Ice Custard Happiness” daily from noon to 9 p.m.

Mian — Mian is offering a combination lunch special in June for $18 from noon to 2 p.m. that includes your choice of starter, soup and entrée. Cash and credit cards will be accepted for payment. Mian is open Monday through Thursday from noon to midnight, and Friday through Sunday from noon to 2 a.m.

Jack’s Bar + Grill — Jack’s is currently open from noon to 10 p.m., seven days a week. On Fridays and Saturdays, the bar will stay open until 2 a.m. Guests can enjoy live music on Fridays and Saturdays from 8 p.m. to midnight, and on Mondays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Rivers Casino Is Hiring

On Tuesday, June 7, Rivers will host a job fair in The Event Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Openings include food servers, security personnel, dealers, paid internships, cage supervisors, slots shift managers and

supervisors, and many more. Applicants are encouraged to apply online before the event through the website’s casino careers page at www.riverscasino.com/philadelphia/careers.
